Made with grapes grown at 1050 meters above sea level, on silty clay soil, with calcium carbonate rocks on the surface, originating from an alluvial cone of the Tunuyán River.
Traditional irrigation and plowing work on the soil.
Harvested by hand in 25 kg boxes in March, fermentation in cement tanks.
Aged in French oak barrels for 13 months on its fine lees, natural stabilization.
Coarse filtration before bottling.
It is kept in bottle for one year before release.

♦ Marinated vacuum, matambrito al natural, lamb tomahawk.
♦ Grilled vegetables.
