MEDALS: Uncorked, 90 points.
Made with grapes grown at 1050 meters above sea level, on silty clay soil, with calcium carbonate rocks on the surface, originating from an alluvial cone of the Tunuyán River.
Traditional irrigation and plowing work on the soil.
Harvested by hand in 25 kg boxes in March, fermentation in concrete vats.
Aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
Coarse filtration before bottling.
Storage in bottle for 8 months before release.

♦ Reuben Sandwich, grilled tenderloin and hamburgers.
♦ Marinated vacuum, matambrito al natural, lamb tomahawk.
♦ Grilled vegetables.
♦ Semi-hard and moldy cheeses.
