Cerrojo Cabernet Franc 2019

UCO VALLEY. Wine that combines terroirs. Vistaflores and Chacayes Alto.

MEDALS: Uncorked, 90 points.

Made from grapes grown at an altitude of 1050 to 1300 meters above sea level on clay-loam soils, in some of the estates with calcareous rock on the surface.

Traditional and drip irrigation, combined in some cases, and plowing in the soils.

Harvested by hand in 25 kg boxes in March, fermentation in cement tanks.

Each terroir is aged separately in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Coarse filtration prior to bottling.

♦ Mollejas al verdeo
♦ Tortilla de papas con morcilla y pimientos rojos.
♦ Quesos de pasta dura como Parmesano, Pepato, Sardo y Provolone.

It is recommended to drink at 15 - 17 º C
